What it does

  • Support panels that let members open tickets inside your Discord server.
  • Private ticket channels, visible only to the member, Ticketly and your staff role.
  • Designated staff roles for handling and managing tickets.
  • Activity logs sent to a channel of your choice.
  • A server-specific knowledge base that suggests answers when a ticket matches stored entries.
  • A web dashboard with Discord sign-in for configuring everything.

ZoneNews

ZoneNews is a Discord bot that brings breaking world news into your server. It collects the latest headlines from public news feeds, links each one to the original article and uses AI to write a short analysis on request. AI analyses are generated automatically, so always check the original article. ZoneNews is currently in development, so features and commands may still change.

What it does

  • Breaking-news commands that show the latest world headlines, each linked to the original article.
  • Short AI-generated analyses of headlines, powered by Google Gemini.
  • Commands and results in five languages: Turkish, English, German, Spanish and Russian.
  • Headlines refreshed about every 12 hours from public news feeds.
